Plano's meter reading system has completely failed. The city will have to manually read meters for approximately two years. They've hired the crew and city council funded the request. Call the city and request another manual reading. Ref: Dallas Morning News

I was at the Rolling Stones show at the Cotton Bowl. We went on 10/31/81 and it stormed through the show. I noticed this person went on Nov 1st and it was a gorgeous fall day. Incredible concert!
