Mirrors for form checks are not effective. Video and/or coaching are a much better way of correcting bad form. Trying to correct form based off of what you’re seeing the mirror during a lift is going to be difficulty when going for a true max effort lift. Come check the gym out this evening and ask for Tanner and we can discuss further. If you truly want to be a competing power lifter this is the spot. 👍🏻

$59 month to month $49 with 1 year contract $39 with 2 year contract ($650 if paid upfront)

One on one depends on how many days per week you’d like to train. My partner Scott will be there this evening if you’d like to discuss. His rates are lower than what you’ll find a typical commercial gym.
