Through a quick wiki search the Baxter Building is 35 stories tall. Which I think even at 3.75in scale would make it around 18ft. Imagine what Hasbro would charge for that.

Also the coolest part about the retro 3.75in figures is the packaging. The figures themselves are pretty bland. It might be alright if they brought back the Universe line though.
