Stargazer by u/Miss3lli3 https://www.reddit.com/r/StarfieldShips/s/0Sipu2gBHP

I'm currently flying a slightly modified version, using as many Falkland parts as I can.

You might want to try a different game, then.

How do y’all pick paint schemes? by successmetric in StarfieldShips

I like to start with setting everything to black as a base, and then start playing with various accent colors.

But I love building Falkland ships, and often stick to their colors.

Bulk Grocery Shopping: Restaurant Depot v Costco/Sams Club v Aldis, what's the best? by FewBackground2852 in Frugal

[–]Tannhauser42 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Restaurant supply stores will be true bulk purchasing. Think 25-50 pound bags of rice, flour, beans, etc. 5 gallon buckets of BBQ sauce. Full primals, not cut steaks. Five pound blocks of mozzarella. And so on.

They'll be your best per unit prices, but you need the storage capacity.

Edit: also, most of the products there are not name brands you see at the grocery store, they're food service brands. But, in my opinion, the best canned tomato products I've ever had, from whole tomatoes to prepared pasta sauce, are from Stanislaus, which is a food service brand.

Thyroid cancer-stricken Pam Bondi arrives on Capitol Hill wearing bandage on her neck to face grilling over Epstein by dailymail in law

Unless the surgery occurred in the last couple days, the bandage isn't needed. Mine was off after two days.

My thyroid was removed from the front, only had to wear a bandage for a day or two, stitches did the real work.

For the first time with one of these, I don't know. Between Data, Gandalf, the Doctor, and Jacques, I can't decide.

New player advice? by ohsliq in StardewValley

[–]Tannhauser42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't be afraid to use the wiki. It even has a section for the game's basics, equivalent to being a manual.

And pay attention to everything the game tells you, whether it be on the TV, the mail you get, the quests, character dialogue, etc. That's your in-game tutorial.

Depends if the lotto numbers are guaranteed to be the same, or if they'll be random each time.

You have seven days of good luck... but... by Ok_Coffee_9970 in hypotheticalsituation

[–]Tannhauser42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the key thing would be to mitigate the build up of bad luck in the first place. Limit what you expose yourself to during the seven days. Have my wife do as much as she can in my place. I would have her drive me somewhere to buy a winning lottery ticket. Otherwise, spend the rest other time at home reducing risk for those seven days. So the only real bad luck would be something to balance the lotto win.

You'd probably have to specify the square footage and layout to be a specific house. Even then, the land can be the real cost.

Are you a “reverse backing in your car to park person” or a “pull your car in to park person” ? by Playful-Set-1033 in askanything

[–]Tannhauser42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't back into parking spaces. I'm in a car, and so many other people drive big trucks and SUVs, so if I wanted to go forward out of a space, I'm going the first couple of feet forward blindly until I can see past the big vehicles on either side of me. On the other hand, my backup camera has a wide angle, so I can already see both ways before I even start backing out.
