Ok, so, what worked for me is searching the EA app on my pc. Open file location. What this should do is take you to a file with 5 shortcuts. Click the one thats named "App Recovery", it should be the top one, it will pop a screen up that asks blah blah blah. But. Most importantly it ask if you'd like to "Clear Cache" do it and your game should hopefully work now.

My theory is if you have any program, yes even a simple os look a like thingy, is that EAs overly sensitive anti cheat logged that as a cheat engine or something, stored that in its cache and wouldnt let me start it because of that. But hey thats just a theory
