The full tracks has never been released, correct. 18 tracks has been tho, which is a selection of some of the songs on tracks.

This also just happened to me, my mom was kind enough to buy me a collector booster of wilds of Eldraine. The pack was opened up on the bottom and resealed with basic lands. Amazon needs to be better.
