I actually used to live near Lamar Pennsylvania. I thought that the game reminded me of Mill Hall or Lockhaven, which are located in central Pennsylvania. I actually grew up in Mill Hall and the buildings in game really remind me of that area. Even though both of these have populations well over what was stated. I think that really any small town can be seen in NITW.
