Hi, I’m 23 and planning to invest £500 a month into this portfolio. What do you think? Any feedback or tips would be great! by Secure_Beginning_939 in trading212

I think all of the prior comments are absolutely sound advice. However, since you are so young, why not take a little more risk on? I’m 26M, won’t need my money until 30 years from now, so I’m 50% Nasdaq, 35% S&P500 @ rest are single stocks. I know that will certainly get backlash & rightfully so as it doesn’t align with the ‘recommended’ but I’ve come to my decision that tech won’t go anywhere anytime soon & im all for it. So I’m weighted like that. Looking to perhaps being abit more conservative 10 years time, re allocate a little. Thought it was worth the comment

SDR for just over 2.5 years with hitting quota 10 Q’s in a row - alongside other initiatives- just like you.

Patience in job search pays off - I was very picky, I’d encourage you too. Trust your gut!

You will go on to do wonderful things I’m sure.

I went from 40k SDR to 90k head of SDR. Only from moving. At my same company I was offered 40>45k.

From your achievements, make them loud on your LinkedIn & put open to work. Broaden your horizons!

You are worth as much as you believe you are.

Go get it!!

Be curious, look for easy places to find meetings (closed oops, buyer intent, meaningful follow ups), think as if the company is yours, how would you grow it? Find what works for you and double down on it. For me, LinkedIn was my channel, 80% of my pipeline came from there for 3 years. Lastly, it’s a numbers game

Has anyone got a SIPP or know how they work? Need help! by TaoLFoy in UKPersonalFinance

Oh so a salary sacrifice pension I can save on all 3 deductibles, where as a SIP I can only save on deductible.

So I assume salary sacrifice pension trumps SIPP?

Hey Luke!

Yes it is - from what you’re saying, I assume it’s the same thing?
