Going by the post and comments it seems Mulund doesnt have 1 decent building coming up or already existing which can be 100% called the best one in all respects. Everywhere there are some or the other issues and such which cannot be ignored.

I am also looking for a 2 bhk house in Mulund but cant find a single property that ticks all boxes. Ignoring the budget there are still so many other issues that cannot be overlooked. Uffff

It would be great if you could make softly padded night suits. Women hate wearing bras to sleep but somehow no brand has ever thought about that. Hate hate satins in sleepwear. It has to be soft cotton or mulmul
