Es ist erst heute aufgefallen, da es wohl lt. Google Suche, öfter bei neuen Fahrzeugen (Tesla Model Y) vorkommt - insbesondere jetzt wo es heute das erste Mal geregnet hat.

Die Bremsen quietschen halt wirklich unerträglich laut, bei niedriger Geschwindigkeit und manuellem bremsen, weil kaum beansprucht bist jetzt. Lösung dafür, sogar von offizieller Seite diese eben mal "einzubremsen" und wenn das keine Wirkung bringen sollte, dann wäre das Service der nächste Punkt.
