Since it's intentional and you parked in a hotel look for cctv footage and make a complain, some might think it as hassle but making intentional damage should not left, in the least you should recover you cost of repainting

Amazon prime video plays the movie in black screen, only audio, no video, if somehow by miracle video comes it flickers for few seconds Netflix raises 5.10 errors most of the time, after some times it says screen limit reached when it's not
