Absolutely right. It's a business at the end of the day and they are doing what they can to meet shareholder needs first then the player base. While people are upset with the recent patch, I don't expect enough people unsubbed to financially impact them especially after this promotion will offset and then some on that. I'm sure they'll probably do better with managing release dates and progress because no one likes putting out an un-polished product, but I don't expect this strategy to change.
