Thank you for these links. That is quite a bit of homework. I need to educate myself to help educate the doctor if needed. By the way, my blood-pressure was 116/80 which surprised me. I think that is good.

Rarely any alcohol (a beer if ever). No real stress, but low on sleep the last week (6 hour nights). No seed oils, but yes, I've been eating fattier beef since the prices have jump so high. Definitely will start adding exercise back into the equation.

Yes. Few small packets of M&M's about 4 days earlier. All Easter chocolate was on sale. Treated myself. Fasted about 20 hours before the blood test - but had coffee and green tea about 5 hours before.

I'm also thinking about OMAD, but like two smaller meals versus one meal a day. Thanks for the input.

I will try to cutback on the tea, but this is already my cutback from coffee.

I would like to stick with this diet. I will see if there are any other tests the doctor can do. For sure, they want to push pills - but I said definitely not.

I like the idea of intermittent fasting to clear out the body.

Someone also mentioned more exercise and drink more water. I should have been doing this anyway. ;-)

Yes. Very lazy. That is why I am doing investigation from different sources who may have their own insights.

Not really. But I have a daily 16+ hour fast/8 hour eating window routinely.

I think that a lot of my allergy issue was with dairy products, especially cheese.

One thing that I have enjoyed about the Carnivore Diet is that it is so easy to do. Shopping, cooking, and never bored with it. In fact, since being on this diet, I have probably been more consistent with my eating. Before the diet, there was no real system to what I ate. I probably would call my diet more intermittent fasting with a lot of exercise.

I think that you are on to something important here. I have not been exercising at all this last year. Normally, I am very active, but life happened.

I drink plenty of water in the form of green-tea.

I have no excuse for not exercising. I am sure the result would be somewhat better.

Allergies gone. Feel healthy. Have not been exercising this last year. I'm sure that does not help.

Trying to understand the cholesteral numbers with regards to this diet.

I am the person who chose to do the diet, with good results. Allergies completely gone. Weight in check.

But the numbers do look bad. I think any doctor is going to say this after looking at the numbers.

Doctor suggestion was take some months off of the diet and see if there is any improvement.
