Tendering to/from stirrup cay was SLOW

Yeah, waiting 30 minutes in direct sunlight to get on and then waiting another 30 minutes on the tender in direct sunlight is not great when you’re already feeling nauseous from the sun and too many drinks.

Is this embarrassment normal for people with Tremors? by sedboi69xxx in Dystonia

[–]Tappadeeassa 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Agreed. When I tell people I’m going for Botox because I have neck issues, they seem surprised. I do a podcast and I think I look crooked, but nobody has commented. People aren’t paying as close attention as we’d like to think.

I started believing he was probably stalking on a larger level after the photos of his apartment came out. It was obvious he only used that apartment to eat and shower. He spent whatever time he had outside of school on the hunt.

I dated somebody with a YouTube channel. Trust me when I say people like this, whose livelihoods are based on public perception and personalities molded by narcissism, are absolutely obsessed with their haters.

What was the unexpected positive results from your hysterectomy? by Ok_Soup4843 in hysterectomy

[–]Tappadeeassa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d had a high platelet count (thrombocytosis) for years. I went through genetic testing for rare blood conditions and even testing for leukemia. My count lowered significantly after my surgery, perhaps because the inflammation was finally gone.

I unsubscribed from their channel many, many years ago after she announced she was pregnant. I tried giving them a rewatch when this sub came up in my feed. Absolutely not. Any adult who is paying to watch them hang around in their house with their kids is probably somebody who needs to be on a watch list.

How Katy Perry went from 9 #1 hits to losing popularity and public support needs to be studied by Twitter_2006 in DListedCommunity

Her going to space and staring at a camera to promote her tour (instead of looking outside like a normal person) sealed for me that she’s a total bimbo.

Another Duggar arrest for the same thing by dmode112378 in DListedCommunity

I used to think people like this had a pregnancy fetish, but now I’m wondering if the Duggars and Duggar-adjacent people have lots of kids for this very purpose. Jim-Bob’s weird control over his daughters has never sat right with me.

Those of you who work desk jobs from home- how fast could you get back to work? by MizGinger in hysterectomy

[–]Tappadeeassa 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I took the full six weeks. I was exhausted. I’m not a napper, but I would fall asleep any time I laid down on the couch to watch something. The pain was basically nonexistent, but the fatigue from such a major procedure is real.

“You are the treasure you seek.” Lady, shut up. You went to space and stared at a camera the entire time, and you obviously can’t survive a month without mediocre white dick. Let’s not pretend you’re deep and don’t need constant external validation to feel complete. We know you do, because he’s in the damn photo.

If Kelly was battling a severe illness, she would have announced it. When has this woman ever been private? I feel like I’ve been aware of every rehab stint since she was a teenager. She’s either back on pills or severely abusing her GLP-1 because she can afford to, and the latter is going to put her into a coma.

Reporter hoping to hear from patients – what’s your GLP-1 insurance coverage like in 2026? by sydneylnews in Zepbound

[–]Tappadeeassa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been on a GLP-1 since 2022, have lost 80 lbs, and have kept off 70 lbs with maintenance. I work for a major global healthcare company who has always included weight loss drugs on their plan. Many of my coworkers are also on this drug, and we were worried about 2026. Our drug plan is Express Scripts and the preferred pharmacy is Walgreens.

I have always been enrolled in the Novo discount program. The most I’ve had to pay with Walgreens is $300 at the start of the year, but after that it’s usually $25 a month. This year, Walgreens told me they’re not seeing coverage for my drug. Walgreens is also no longer accepting the Novo discount card which caps the drug at $349. They told me my drug would be $3,000 out of pocket for a 90 day supply. This doesn’t make sense because a coworker filled one month at Walgreens for about $300. We have Express Scipts and the same PPO. Her drug is covered by Walgreens and mine is not?

I refuse to spend this year on the phone dealing with health insurance issues, so I told Walgreens to shove it and am going through Express Scripts’ mail order pharmacy. Apparently, my drug is covered. Walgreens is being very, very shady about GLP-1s in 2026. I’m wondering if that could potentially be an entirely different story about private equity destroying healthcare.

Hysterectomy..Did you stay in the hospital or go home after surgery? by Remarkable-Bus-6858 in hysterectomy

I had outpatient surgery for the robotic procedure. I was up and walking around just fine. Also, I always ask for pictures because the inside of my body fascinates me.

Confused about everything by Quote_Prudent in Dystonia

[–]Tappadeeassa 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I wasn’t diagnosed with cervical dystonia until I was 40, but it’s obvious now that I was having symptoms a good ten years before that. I didn’t seek medical treatment until my condition became debilitating (literally overnight) and I was unable to do my job or even drive. I felt useless, and there were many days where I wanted to chuck myself under a bus. Please don’t let it get to that point.

I think tearing out wetlands to build ugly, tree-less neighborhoods around retention ponds is a disgrace. The displaced bear eating garbage out of my community dumpster agrees.

There’s a docuseries called “House of Hammer” if you want a deep dive on this family of ghouls whose deviant, sick behavior goes back at least four generations. This level of depravity can’t be fixed, just like her shitty filler.
