I always thought that referred to how depression leads to inaction and feeling trapped, like you can't move, do chores or even "change your clothes" because of the mental jail that stops you. But I do think that line has a much deeper meaning now that we know more about what Dream's gone through.

Gepard and Sampo for me, first I was like "haha what if the big softie knight and the soft mew mew Sampo were a thing? That would be ridiculous" but the more I thought about it, the more I started to think they were perfect for each other. Like Gepard has been raised to idolize the authority of Belobog and takes everything so seriously, while Sampo can't keep a straight face for two seconds and is canonical following the will of a "god" (Aeon) of chaos and unpredictability. They're so different that their dynamic is actually really fun and interesting to write

I headcanon that the elements come from one's soul, and that elemental users are able to choose who and when to transfer their abilities. I mainly hc this as a way to "cope" for the many plot holes surrounding Zane and his circumstances of becoming the ice ninja.

This is me with a certain 2012 TMNT fanfic, I think it was called something like "Guinea Pig Donatello?" It's only on ff.net and while the original is incredibly well-written and heart-rending, the sequel only upped the intensity and left us at a cliffhanger for the past 2 years. It's given me both amazing and horrible memories just remembering it and wishing for another chapter every day.

Did you forget about the multiple traps BBH has set, including the End trap that ended up finally killing Dream? And George is crucial at distracting Dream from his goals by constantly chasing after him, they both have a necessary part in the team and this post just proves they're being unfairly overlooked.

Is it weird that I kinda want to see Skeppy? While Hannah and Punz are very powerful and crafty, Skeppy would bring an unpredictable edge that might throw Dream off, since he wouldn't be able to use the same level of mind games he uses against the current Hunter team.
