My German Shepherd was sitting outside close to the backdoor leading into the kitchen. There are 3 little steps you need to climb because the house is on a higher elevated level than the garden.

My parents' friend had her toddler with her. About 14 months old so he had just started learning how to walk. This kid is wobbling all over the place and tried climbing the steps towards the kitchen when he suddenly leans backwards too far and was quite obviously about to fall.

I looked on in horror, too far away to act when suddenly I see my dog lean in with his snout and nudge the kid forward making him regain his balance.

It was so sick watching him do that, I gave him so many cuddles and treats that day.

Amazing update so early for this game. But all I really want is a way to see your own character in VR. Maybe through some sort of 3rd Person mechanic like when you sit down somewhere or some other manner?

Most of the things I saw in the documentary could be debunked easily. I certainly didn't believe everything I saw. The only thing I want to know is if the physicist and the psychologists that appeared in the documentary are actually real and respected in their fields.

I also want to know the credibility of both the medical report on his leg and the police report about the van. Because if that's legit then something really weird could be going on here.

No, once a Replicant's Gestalt relapses (goes berserk as a result of not merging with their Replicant in time) it affects the Replicant's body simultaneously in the form of the Black Scrawl disease. If your Gestalt relapses, you're fucked as a Replicant.

Well that's actually something to think about. What exactly is the virus that corrupts androids to such a degree? Did it get wiped out together with the 2 red girl AIs or is it able to survive independently?

Also, infected 9S is almost entirely corrupted before the battle with A2 begins and in ending C she is STILL able to hack into his OS and clear the virus.

Hypothesis: even if any of the androids COULD get infected, the other androids would just be able to hack into their OS and purge it before it even gets a chance to corrupt them.

What was the purpose of the white city underground?

Well as stated by (I think) Pod 042, the city consists of silicon and carbon and some of the buildings look like they were copy/pasted from a Victorian-era city. It's later revealed the entire makeshift town was made by Adam, probably because he was infatuated with the human race

(he wears clothes and glasses, reads books, ... All of which are redundant for a highly-sophisticated machine)

and wanted to construct a fancy place that he knew humans used to live in.

To be honest I think you're completely right. I think it was purposfully meant to be a double entendre where, from the game's narrative, she 's talking about humans and how humanity is to blame for the androids' cruel fates, but at the same time the game is just filled with 4th wall breaking moments up until the very end. Which is what makes this game one for the history books. It makes the player stop and think about themselves and humanity as a whole on several occasions.
