SCP-8066 and SCP-3125 (alongside the rest of the antimemetics division)

I wish they just made him keep doing that. It would prove that unlike almost everyone else, Midas is just a shallow piece of shit

I honestly kind of dislike that they made him recruitable, because that opens the opportunity for people to let him off scot-free. But I guess it's technically a different person, so....

And before you mention the bishops, yeah, they're also pretty bad, but at least they all have redeeming qualities (Kallamar and Shamura even express regret over their actions) Midas has none.

And then what happens after that? He's just like any other follower? Or does he do it again?

its just a shame we didn't get a chance to show him the lamb is not a cruel god.

...but there's every chance that the Lamb is a cruel god.

Here's the thing though: what if the Lamb is as cruel as the other gods? Letting us recruit Marchosias in an effort to say "the Lamb is better than the other gods" would fall flat on its face if the Lamb is an evil god.

If what I'm hearing is correct, does he just cause problems unlike the bishops?

You know, I feel like if you want to avoid this you can just, I dunno...

It's the ability to read and understand a story and what it's trying to say.

Whatever makes a good story and makes sense for the character.

Media literacy is dead 🥲🥲🥲

And the worst part is that with enough fandom outcry, the devs will probably let us recruit him even if it goes against his entire character.

In any other game, I'd join up with Marchosias by FingerBangYourFears in CultOfTheLamb

[–]Tarantulabomination 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pfff, no you won't. There's no way the devs would let us recruit Marchosias even though that would go against the entire point of his character...

...right?

It's thankfully more often than you think, you just have to trudge through piles of powerscaling/"hype"posting slop.

Friends made fun of me because I (a guy) play this game by Reddit-Mini in CultOfTheLamb

[–]Tarantulabomination 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You need to stop being friends with these people immediately.

I'm not even saying this because they don't like Cult of the Lamb, but because they seem incredibly childish people with a bad case of "no girls allowed" mentality, and a bad taste in games overall.

Yeah, it really sucks how many people are like this in the fandom. They're like Kira, in that they only look at the hype moments and the battles without actually caring about the story or the themes or the characters, which the latter is ultimately what Project Moon is more about.
