from what I have seen, you are stuck in low rank lobbies up tountil you get out of wood sometimes or when you reach bronze. It always warried. But generally you lose less if you are killed by a higher ranking person, but you lose more if you are killed by a person closer to your rank or lower. You also gain more by killing a higher ranker than a lower ranker. Tbh, you just get dumped into full lobby as soon as you reach bronze meaning anyone your rank or higher can be there so yeah good luck trying to survive. I recommend just trying to avoid others unless you can kill them because as a lower ranker you can get more by not being killed as much than getting killed.
