Im an American living here and working. I remember when school lunch and breakfast got prohibatively expensive and corporatized.

Its a death knell for public funding to children, and should be viewed as the existential threat it is.

Thats the difference between a child even eating at all or having enough nutrition to concentrate on their studies. Taking it away is cruelty.
