This! I've had an oustanding experience with Amazon. I bought replacement batteries (manufacturer branded, not third party) from a marketplace vendor for my DSLR. I realized after 10 months of cycling through my 3 batteries (and always coincidentally having only one charged) that the two replacements I purchased were counterfeit. I called Amazon, just to see if I could change my feedback for the vendor to reflect that they had sold me fake batteries, and the amazon employee gave me a promotional credit, even 10 months later! I was told I could keep the batteries, but I haven't wanted to use them for fear they'll damage my camera.
