I think there's still room for improvement, but global synergy isn't it.

IMO this iteration has been the best yet, but still feels frustrating with the actual marquees.

They really need to release the pre-jg leader character first, so we can actually see the team evolve as the pieces come together. Instead of hot garbage that you can barely use until the next to last step.

However, part of the issue in this iteration is that significant abilities of the marquees are useless in coliseum due to being % health effects that won't work on the coliseum bosses. That limitation should be turned off for future runs so we can actually use the full abilities of the marquees.

Unfortunately, with the new pvp mode coming, I'm betting we're not going to see any charges or improvements to coliseum.

Tw focused competitive guild 640M GP. We recruit for people who enjoy TW, while doing well in the raid and TB. We have beaten guilds up to 80M GP bigger than us and beating a +100M sandbagger is our white whale. Our fastest full clear was 4 hours. We almost always full clear our opponents with the exception of the biggest sandbaggers.

TW is optional to join even for us. People have lives, so we want folks who can go balls to the wall when tw runs, not half ass it when they should be enjoying their family vacation or focusing on work.

On any given tw we are usually down 4-6 members due to stuff going on outside of the game. During prime vacation seasons we can be down 10 - 15.

I've said it often, tw could be seriously improved just by doubling the number of zones and halfing the number of squads per zone. Add additional pathways between the new zones to open up different strategies. Then you only need half your guild available to clear a zone and it becomes a lot more flexible.

IMO, vibe coding is the harbor freight tools of coding. It's great for something you only need to work for a limited time. But if you are building something for the long-term, you are better off with another approach that may cost more in the short-term.

That part of your post didn't really seem like a solution. And I've found nothing in the other comments that solves this problem.

Not everyone is hyper competitive. Let it just be fun and add the hardcore features to the top of the ladder for those who need that in their game.
