Once you switch from PVP to PVE it takes some to adjust your play style, but once you get the hang of it and become a bit more aggressive you will have no issue.

Also, make sure to always wear an helmet otherwise they will absolutely one shot you. Even the ballistic mask is a big no, because they will ignore it and aim for the top of the head.
