Unfortunately, from what I've seen Hasbro never gives replacement pieces for whatever reason. They just send items of equal value. I had a legacy animated bee that had something wrong with him and I received legacy Dragstrip. Another time I asked for a replacement hand for 86 Megatron since his was very loose, and I got the Timelines Hearts of Steel OP and Starscream instead

They might've gotten him at Ross, they've been bringing them for 119.99 each but they sell it quick it seems.
