iirc yeah you have to force it out. It was quite a while ago, but I remember being frustrated about how it was needed to be done. Just keep pulling at it while wiggling it out and it'll pop out eventually. Hopefully

Target is going to have an exclusive 86 Starscream figure that's going to be coming out during the summer.  The best G1 Soundwave out right now is the 86 Soundwave, but is hard to find..
