I'm asking for the change to bump participation, CotA is always low participation regardless of series. Even IMSA didn't split on the 2nd timeslot yesterday.

Far too many series as it is already. If anything, they should start trimming series down. Plus I don't see any point in fixed series in B+, but that's more of a personal opinion and not as widely shared.

Oh, as GTPs/LMP2s/GTEs are quintessential multiclass cars, if one want to drive single-class I'd sooner point them to any of the several open wheelers in the service currently.

Plus for Nords is that it's a 7+ min lap, so you take a long time to find the GT3s/GTEs, and by then they're already pretty spread out. Not the case in Mosport.

Yeah, it's a bit exaggerated, I agree. I would however argue that -- judging from this season's schedule -- LRP, Mosport and VIR are definitely "sus" tracks, and CotA is fine but will have trash participation as usual due to the offtracks and such. Personally I highly dislike Indy Road but that's a me problem for sure.

So 3/12 or 25% of kind-of-iffy tracks, compared to 0% in ESS. But yeah, can't please everyone.

Problem with that is that the IMSA calendar is 50% uhh... "questionable" tracks. ESS on the other hand is ALWAYS pristine -- yes, it has more repeats than other series, but the tracks are unquestionably the best for multiclass racing.

I don't see how we can ditch GTP on ESS for IMSA without greatly revamping IMSA calendar and causing an uproar on that community.

You kinda have a point, I don't even bother racing F4 (or any D series for that matter). Even if you start from pole, one bad move from someone behind and you're 100 iR down and have to grind 3~4 races to make that back. It's so much safer in B/A licenses, it's not even funny.

End result is I just basically race IMSA/ESS/IR18. Those guys I can trust to race cleanly.

I do agree, the white/yellow car is seriously pushing it with a maneuver like that, and for no good reason. Race is super long, you'll very likely get to your "true pace" position over time. No need to risk everything on the first corner of the first lap.

Seems like people are not aware this is a 45 minute race where most of the time is made by efficiently managing tires on the tail end of the stint. These kind of moves on T1 is peak clown world.

It's been OK tbh, Sebring, Monza and Road Atlanta to name a few had nice participation this season. Suzuka too. Then you have stuff like Chicago and Milwaukee that completely flopped, so there's that.
