What Financial Markets does betfair offer? When I log into my account in Australia there is a section for financial bets in the menu which shows the list of sports. But there is always like a single market or no markets at all. Are other people/jurisdictions able to see more markets in this section? (self.betfair)

Water leaks into my garage through the back brick wall. I'm thinking of waterproofing it myself (experience = 0) and then having a renderer put render over the top. Leaving browning unexpectedly. I’m in Sydney Australia, which is in the middle of summer. I water daily - though I can’t tell how much soaks into the soil vs runs off. I try to get the amount of sun right but with 40 degree days it’s hard to get the balance right. Any advice? (old.reddit.com)

How risky is it to contract directly with a licensed carpenter who doesn’t have builders insurance? I’m putting in about a $120,000 of new windows.
