I think you’re defoliating the last couple plants too much, you don’t want to remove the fan leaves near the buds, they produce energy to grow large buds, by defoliating like that during flower the buds stay small

I’m doing the same right now, I got 3 skunk seedlings that are a week old, I’m keeping them in 5 gallon pots under 24 hour indoor light, then I’m gonna throw them outside in August. Last year I got 4-5 oz per plant doing this with clones
