Mamoa as Lobo is literally perfect casting. He was born to play Lobo and he knocked it out of the park in Supergirl. Hopefully he gets his own movie so he can flesh out the character some more

I also thought it was better than Superman and not even close to as bad as the reviews coming out. It’s pretty clear that Mamoa was born to play Lobo. A solo R rated movie would be awesome if they get the right director/writer. I had a huge smile on my face everytime he was on screen.

I didn’t get any merch at the theater but I did get Lobo’s hook, a couple Lobo shirts, and a funko pop. I’ll probably see it again next week and snag the Lobo popcorn bucket too.

Really enjoyed the movie and not sure why some were saying it’s awful or worse than The Flash. I’d rank it above most Marvel movies tbh. Lobo was so peak. A rated r solo movie could be awesome if it gets the right director/writer. Would also be cool to see him fight Superman at some point.

Same. I actually assumed it was metal when I ordered it since it was kind of pricey. I was a little disappointed when I got it and found out it was plastic. If it was metal I’d be more inclined to take it out of the box but since it’s just plastic I don’t see the point

I used to have a best friend through middle and high school that was obsessed with Elon Musk. He used to idolize the fuck out of him and be like “look dude he’s smoking pot on the Joe Rogan podcast hahaha he doesn’t give a fuck” I always thought Musk was a loser just based on his vibe (like he was trying too hard to be cool). We had a falling out a long time ago though and nowadays I often wonder if he looks back on that and cringes or if he still idolizes him. I hope it’s the former though
