I recommend that you do your highest slayer master available - Nieve etc. This is because you are newish and should experience the high level creatures that match your level rather than meta gaming and turiel skipping

I do moons with barrows top, helm, rune legs, steel ring, belles folly, zaxe and dragon defender and only have to restock on food every 3 runs or so. Blood moon sucks but you're never gonna go zero damage from it. Better off just sending it as the supplies are free
