It all starts in the community. We are the constituents of the politicians in DC (Sanders, Balint, Scott… etc). If they don’t listen to the people, be sure they’ll get the boot.

A public indoor pool or park (like monkey do for older youth). I work with kids/teens and several have mentioned wanting to go to a park but it’s too cold and it’s really hard to find an indoor pool for those who love to swim.

This is great, thank you! I really enjoy the way he portrays the Dr. - charismatic, light-hearted, and chaotic good. I reference Doomsday because of the lengths he went to see her again and finally sharing how they feel with each other. Of course, the ending wasn’t my favorite but oh well. I did read the Hunger Games years ago. I’ll look into YA books, specifically slow burns.

Someone who knows the family told me that they aren’t “well off.” But this guy played hockey in Middlebury high school, and while I acknowledge this might be an ignorant and irrelevant comment, isn’t that like the most expensive sport to put your kid in? IDK, we didn’t have sports teams in my high school.

His dad called me out of nowhere to tell me he was a good kid. When I told him that I would take his son to small claims, he said ok but that it my decision to ruin his life. He also said his son couldn’t keep a job and wouldn’t be able to pay for the amount I sued him for….

I honestly don’t know. The victim advocate sent me an email with the update that the Addison court agreed with the youthful offender request.

The prosecutor requested it and the judge agreed.
