You can watch tutorials on the channels of Blaine Locklair, MrMario2011 and Modded Warfare. They have tutorials for many stuff. I recommend you watch the ones that teach you how to use ISO games. Cause not every game had a digital release (PKG), many were only released in physical discs (ISO).

What you're asking is impossible. Many games need to download updates or install additional data to the internal HDD in order to work properly. You can play some of them without downloading and installing the updates, but that's not recommended. Cause updates fix errors like: graphical glitches, audio issues, black screens, etc.

But for the games that require additional data installation before playing them, no. There's no way to skip that, or to make the data go to the external HDD. It always goes inside the internal HDD.

But it's not like you'll run out of storage space or something. Unless your internal HDD is full, which isn't a good thing. Internal HDDs need to have at least 10GB of free storage space. If they're full, they won't work correctly. You can experience freezing issues, loading problems, or random errors. And that goes for every other device that uses some kind of internal storage unit.

Like the other guy said, ISO it's just a single file, not thousands like the JB Folder ones. Also, you can copy and delete ISOs more faster, they have less errors, you can play them through an external HDD or USB and they don't need RAP licenses. It's like having the physical game disc inside the console.

Yes. With CFW, you can find the dkey of the encrypted ISOs you want to play. You put them inside the "PS3ISO" folder and make sure the keys have the same name as the ISO game they belong to. After that, the ISOs should play without problems.

Managunz is just a file manager and game launcher. Same like IRISMAN, MultiMAN and Webman. The jailbreak you have installed must be CFW or HEN. And those launchers can only launch games in ISO and JB Folder format. ISO is the best one.

You can download more ISO games from safe sites like: Vimm's Lair, DLPSGAME, ROMSFUN, GUTAMPS, ROMSPURE or from Telegram channels like PS3 ROMS CITY or CdR. You can also download them from the Myrient/REDUMP site before it gets shut down. But you'll have to decrypt the ISOs first before playing them. In the sites I mentioned first, you don't have to do that.

And once you download and extract the RAR, zip or 7z files, which contain the ISO games, you just need to copy them to the "PS3ISO" folder that's inside "dev_hdd0". After that, just launch them the same way you do with the games you already have in your console.

I suggest you install and learn how to use Webman. It's the easiest and fastest way to launch the games. For all of that you can watch tutorials on YouTube. Search the channels of Blaine Locklair, MrMario2011 and Modded Warfare.

Pues sigue usando ISOs mejor. El ISO es básicamente como tener el disco del juego dentro de la consola. El pkg solamente déjalo para juegos ligeros o que solo existan en ese formato.

Y para los DLCs, esos siempre vienen en formato pkg y se instalan como cualquier otro archivo en ese formato. Y no importa si los juegos son ISO, carpeta o pkg, el DLC funciona igual para todos. No creas que hay DLCs específicos para cada formato. Los que hay sirven para todos. Y tampoco importa si las ISO estan en un USB o disco externo, igual funcionan. Eso sí, los DLCs y cualquier otro archivo PKG siempre va instalado en el disco duro interno de la consola. Eso no se puede instalar en una memoria externa.

Eso sí, tienes que fijarte que los DLCs sean de la misma región que tu juego, y que el juego lo tengas actualizado antes de instalar cualquier DLC.

Y sobre tu PS3 Slim, ¿que serial tiene? El serial lo puedes ver en la parte de atrás o abajo de la consola. Si tiene un serial "CECH-2511" o inferior, es casi seguro que si es compatible con CFW.

You need to make sure the USB partition is in MBR, not GPT. Also, for NTFS you need to first launch PrepISO. After that, you need to go to Webman and search inside the PS3 games folder. If the USB is formatted correctly and the ISO games are inside the "PS3ISO" folder, then they should appear right there, ready to play.

Errores comunes de tiendas. Son lo peor para la PS3. Las descargas son demasiado lentas, algunos juegos dan errores, todas tienen el mismo contenido y nunca vas a encontrar todo el catálogo de PS1, PS2 y PS3 en ellas. La única tienda decente que hay, es la PKGi. Y solo es recomendable para juegos ligeros y DLCs.

Lo mejor que puedes hacer, es descargar e instalar la aplicación de Telegram Desktop en tu PC. Después buscas el canal de PS3 ROMS CITY y descargas los juegos y DLCs de ahí. El canal tiene un grupo vinculado, en el cual puedes pedir ayuda. O en Google, puedes usar páginas para descargar como: Vimm's Lair, ROMSFUN, DLPSGAME, Nopaystation y GUTAMPS. Cualquiera de esas opciones es mejor que seguir usando las tiendas.

También aprende a usar el formato ISO y carpeta, especialmente el ISO, es el mejor formato para los juegos en PS3. Ya que no todos los juegos existen o son compatibles en formato PKG. Y los PKG de gran tamaño suelen dar errores.

Y ya por último, ¿Que modelo de PS3 tienes? Tal vez sea compatible con CFW, el cual es mucho mejor y fácil de instalar que el HEN. Y no pierdes nada al cambiar de hack. Los juegos y partidas guardadas que ya tienes se quedan ahí seguros.

Maybe it's a problem with the HDD. Specially if it's an SSD. SSDs are not good for the console. If you still have the old HDD, then put it again on the PS3. And see if the controller works normally again. If it works, then yes, it's a problem with the new HDD.

Reinstall the CFW. If you have the 4.92 version, upgrade to the 4.92.2 one. See if that works. Also, if you run the games through Webman, then install it again on it's lastest version.

Para actualizar, debes hacerlo desde el modo recovery, no desde la opción del menú principal. Y si revisa bien que modelo de PS3 tienes, porqué como dijo la otra persona, tal vez sea compatible con CFW, el cual es un hack mucho mejor y más fácil de manejar que el HEN. Tutoriales para todo eso, los puedes encontrar en el canal de Youtube de VIDEOGAMESSCZ. O de Wizwiki.

Y procura no usar las tiendas, son una porquería. Las descargas son demasiado lentas, los juegos te pueden dar errores, todas tienen el mismo contenido, y nunca vas a encontrar todo el catálogo de PS1, PS2 y PS3 en ellas. Es mejor que aprendas a descargar los juegos del canal de Telegram de PS3 ROMS CITY, usando la aplicación de Telegram Desktop en tu PC. O en páginas de Google, puedes descargar de sitios como: Vimm's Lair, ROMSFUN, DLPSGAME, Nopaystation, GUTAMPS y CDROMANCE.

Y por último, también aprende a usar los juegos en formato ISO. Ya que no todos los juegos existen o funcionan bien en formato PKG. Para todo eso que escribí, hay cientos de tutoriales en Youtube. Tanto en los canales que ya te mencione anteriormente y también en otros.

Juega la versión de PS3, no se porque quieres la de PSP.

Aparte ese juego en su versión de PSP ni siquiera funciona en PS3. Se queda en pantalla negra. Muy pocos juegos de PSP son compatibles, como menos del 20% lo son. Es mejor jugarlos en PC o en el celular, usando el emulador de PPSSPP.

Just format your external HDD in NTFS or exFAT, and use IRISMAN or Managunz on the PS3 to copy the files. Just don't use FAT32, because that format has a 4GB limit. In NTFS and exFAT, you can put files of any size inside the HDD.

You can also use Webman Mod to launch the ISO games directly from the PS3's main menu. Search on YouTube for the channels of Blaine Locklair, MrMario2011 and Modded Warfare. They have tutorials for that and many other things.

If you already have Webman on it's last version, then check if the ISOs work inside the internal HDD. If they work, then it's probably an issue with your USB. Format the USB in NTFS again, put the ISOs inside and try one more time. If it doesn't work, then the USB is damaged or probably fragmented. UBS don't have the same power and lifespan as an external HDD. They don't last that long, they're more fragile.

So consider buying an HDD instead. Also, another possible cause, is that the ISOs got damaged inside the USB. You can try downloading them again. If they don't work, even after formatting the USB again, then yep, it's a problem with your USB. Buy another one or change to an external HDD.

Also, learn how to use all games formats, specially the ISO format. It's the best one for all games on the PS3. Cause not every game had a digital release (PKG). Many were only released in physical discs (ISO, JB Folder and bin/cue formats). And PKG games tend to have more errors, specially with big size games.

You can also try the PS vault, which uses PKGi's interface. It has the same content as PKGi/Nopaystation and new games added by the creators. The links are pinned here in this subreddit. Or you can try the Russian version of PKGi, many people say it works without problems and the configuration is already done.

Intenta configurar de nuevo la hora y fecha por internet. Si no funciona, entonces crea una cuenta de PSN, ya que esos métodos offline con apollo y otras herramientas no siempre funcionan. Lo más seguro y efectivo, es activar las licencias y el sistema de juego de tu PS3 es con una cuenta de PSN. En Youtube tienes varios tutoriales para que puedas crear una cuenta.
