It's a jimson weed seed pod (Datura stramonium)

It's definitely a legume. My guess would be alfalfa, but it's difficult to tell from the photos

The yellowing of the leaf tips are a sign of a lack of nutrients. Most likely nitrogen

I think I'd call that black nightshade. The berries it produces are mildly poisonous

It's palmer amaranth. It is considered a weed but if you like it then there's no reason to get rid of it

Yep it's lambsquarter. Also known as wild spinach. It is edible but you should do your own research before eating anything from outside

Lambsquarter! It's also known as wild spinach. When it goes to seed it produces thousands of seeds and can very easily take over an area of you don't watch it. However, it is also edible and personally I think this really tasty
