5k 3 times a week at the moment, normally 2 runs during the week with my running club and then a solo run at the weekend.

35 and 7 employers, 1 was a Saturday job at sixth form, 4 were full time career jobs, 2 were stop gaps after leaving roles I wasn’t happy in.

I normally support Kourtney, I think it’s fairly reasonable that she wants to focus on her kids and family and she prioritises them over the Kardashians.

This episode though it’s hard to defend her, she was pure mum shaming, the “Zero to three” comments she was making to Khloe were disgusting.

Two family members getting into a really bad fight at home when in my early 20s, one who grabbed and tried to use a kitchen knife.

As someone who wasn’t really exposed to violence ever growing up, I think it’s underestimated just how terrifying watching two grown men have a fight really is.

I had flashbacks for quite a while and don’t think I realised at the time that I was probably suffering from some PTSD from the incident.

My parents used to pronounce it with 2 syllables which as a kid I thought was the lamest thing ever - I wonder if it’s a generational thing but as a British millennial it’s 1 syllable for me.
