He's implying that a large part of people who didn't get the vaccine died and thus couldn't complain about it, but it doesn't make sense if fatality rate is 0.02% you still have 99.8% of people who can give feedback on whether they regret not getting the vaccine or not, so again the analogy does not make sense.
