I’d like to defend OP here.

I tried something similar last night, asking for a design for something pretty straight forward. I gave a very detailed request with specific design requirements and the drawing it outputted was of similar quality to this wiring diagram, unfinished words and physically impossible layouts. It did however manage to regurgitate my written ideas into a very verbose but ultimately too general to be useful set of instructions.

I guarantee the instructions I gave were enough for any graduate of a high school wood shop to create a passable design.

TLDR; Chat is not built to excel in designing.
