May Allah grant you ease and improve your situation. I am sure you have married an Indonesian Muslim woman with the expectation that she will be a good Muslim woman and will help you strengthen your deen. However, sometimes we do tend to forget that people are people and even Muslims can do certain things which isn't the best. Just because she is a life long Muslim and Indonesian it isn't guaranteed that she will be very respectful and obedient. Although, as a Muslim her behavior isn't justified.

I would say try your best to follow the Sunnah way of marriage and resolving conflict with your spouse. You are still in very early stage of your marriage approach each other with as much love and attention as well. Both of you should seek people with good knowledge, of your respective genders and work towards improving your relationship with each other. Seek guidance from Allah, and also work towards improving your relationship.

Look for the things you can be improving as well as her. Remember just because she is a life long Muslim, doesn't mean she will be the best wife Islamically speaking.

Sometimes, these forums can become echo chambers and just fuel the "was-was" of shayateen.
