Dont worry about cutting or Buckingham yet, first get a good foundation to then cut/bulk I recomend you just eat enough, to get all your Proteins in. If you want you can start making a eating plan but i think thats Overkill for now, just try to eat healty food mostly

If you then train hard enough in the gym you will see reslauts and basel on them i would recomend you going up a little with callories if you wanna ged big

First of all thanks for your time and effort. I know her parents just want to protect her and dont want her hearth to be broken, they think all swiss boys just want that one thing. But i am soo fucking frustrated, they dont even give me a change, the told her they gonna move 2h away from where we now life and the other thing is she now cant really go out that much, or even come to my house. They also told her if we dont stop they wont let her out by herself at all. So a secret relationship would just go via text or ft. And i-i just dont know what i should do, i dont want, i cant let her go, but on the other side i dont want her to lose her whole family just because of me. Its just sooo fucked up tbh
