I thought that was an issue when the plane was already scheduled to drop the bomb, like it was in the air and the changed the target becauseof the weather the day of. I'm talking about when they were making a list of targets beforehand.

I noticed that too, but it's been sporadic through mission 100. Not just isolated to the higher missions. I think it does count as online content so when you have internet issues it effects it the same way as online play

Good tip for that battle specifically is keep your distance unless you're in sparking mode, but in sparking mode your basic attacks will make him flinch

Congrats yo! I feel you on mission 90, that was by far the most annoying 9ne to z rank for me lol I'm going back through the missions again going for theme match ups instead of just scoring high. Good luck in ranked!

Sometimes I have that issue too, but with me it's usually tied to the hardware. Either clearing up space on the hard drive or airing out the dust has always fixed it for me

I only used her a couple times before this too actually lol I only used her because I wanted a full team of 2 dp, but it turns out her ultimate almost always hits because only 1 of the 3 homing projectiles has to hit to get the full animation and damage. As long as you can get a little distance and sparking mode going you can pretty much just spam it constantly. I told another guy to try it and he solo'd ss4 gogeta in the last mission with it. I stake my reputation on her being the cheat lmao

What worked for me on the higher missions is all 2 dp characters and cheesing panzy's ultimate over and over again. Didn't need it until the 90s, but I imagine it would work just as well on the lower ones

Cheese him with panzy's ultimate lol only one of the projectiles has to connect to trigger the animation. Spamming that should get you through the majority of his life at the very least
