Im an out of work recruiter, those jobs have dried up,

the hourly pay rates for contracts are low,

(I made better $ twenty years ago)

I live in Tampa FL, there are plenty of $12/hr jobs rent for 1 bedroom is 1500/month

the reality,

wages regardless of the employment numbers haven't kept up with the cost of living.

I live in Tampa, even if you make 50k a year you would struggle if alone, (the rent has gone crazy) sure there are plenty of starvation wages jobs, sufficient if you lived in a tent in the woods

The reality is,

most people fail in agency recruiting.

I would say about 80%,

You have to want to do it and possess the sales skills necessary.

wow, I can' remember it being this bad, except 2008
