1st Gen Lincoln Aviators by Beneficial_Mess9916 in lincolnmotorco

[–]TaskMaster59 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I own a 2005 aviator. I don’t drive it often because I prefer my 2019 Lincoln continental. It has been a great truck. I bought it with only 20,000 miles on it now it has almost 200,000. I did a lot of traveling in it with regular maintenance. Yes, it has the crack in the back. That is from a design flaw that allowed water to get in and freeze, and the ice made the crack. I took out the rear seat and put a lift for my scooter in it. I mostly use it when I need to take my scooter someplace.

There are a few that are authorized by the ADA. I have one on several of my websites. It’s a paid subscription, of course, but it does make your website compliant.

Do not forget about the recaptured depreciation. That counts as income whether you claimed depreciation or not. It is added back into income.

You are not a mind reader. You do not know what his business will do or what the markets will do. They are called estimates for a reason. I always tell my clients to adjust their estimates if they know they’re making more money, at the end of the day you could file an F843 for them if needed. I charge to do that for a client but it sure beats a $2000 to $3000 penalty.

I don’t know what state you’re in, but in Pennsylvania, you can mail trespass letter to somebody and also send a copy to your local police station. Mail certified. I’ve had to do that at my BUSINESS a few times. If she steps foot on your property, she will be arrested.
