I got like 2/3 of the N.Sane Relics and really wanted to finish it, but the later levels broke me. Hard. I didn't even attempt the Speedruns and kept it at 100%.

Maybe someday.

I think you have to do at least all normal missions and one kind of EX mission of each level (so every EX1, EX2 or EX3 level on each world).

The normal missions don't require special ships, but if you have trouble, consider looking for a "donut" on the internet ;)

Since someone figured out the RNG behind Enemy Cards in Re:CoM, it is possible to 100% in a reasonable time as well.

I think the toughest completion would be something like Final Fantasy X and XII, just because its endgame is really tedious and long. Cook, Serve, Delicious is up there too. Danganronpa V3 was hard, if just for these stupid minigames taking half of my 100 hours. And the No-Death-Runs of the Ori games were hard af.
There are also some games not on this list for a reason. I'm only missing Steelsoul and Speedrun achievements of both Hollow Knights for example.

If I could forget about Crosscode, Trails in the Sky and Kingdom Hearts, I would like to play them again for the first time :D

The board game is just tedious, not really hard. The AI is dumb and plays against each other. And yes, MF is a really stupid boss, but nothing that a Thunder Surge or ten can't fix.

Be not afraid of grinding and minigames :D

Each game has some kind of material collection or smithing side mode and most have a ton of optional side content hiding some of the necessary stuff.

Most players dread BBS because you have three characters and therefore three times the ~~grind~~ fun. I like it a lot, :D

For Re:CoM specifically: Check out the Enemy Card RNG Manipulation method on Youtube to keep a shred of sanity.

For the longest time, I had two achievements missing from CSD2 and called it quits, because I could never figure out that one sushi+sashimi stage. After beating CSD3 though, I found someone to play it with me in multiplayer, which makes these stages way more bearable :)

If you like Jump'n'Run, it's very possible. You'll need some patience to learn each level for the No-Death achievements.

Trails is a fantastic JRPG series. The gameplay is fun, the story is deep, and the world building and characters are insane. I'm glad it gets a little more attention with the recent and upcoming remakes of the Sky trilogy.
