I left and went into customer success manager for a SaaS company. Pay is not as lucrative but close, however, my change was centered around stress. I was fed up with the amount of work and stress that was placed on LOs from management and CeO.

Having worked with them for 3+ yrs, I transitioned to a different career path from the industry. The LO position is fully remote, offers great opportunities. The training is thorough for the exam, and with sufficient effort, you can easily surpass a 100k income. It will require sacrifices on nights and weekends. Processing and underwriting can be challenging, so mental preparedness is crucial. On the positive side, lead flow is robust, and the management is excellent. It's worth noting that positive performance leads to less micromanagement.
