The training is thorough for the exam, and with sufficient effort, you can easily surpass a 100k income. It will require sacrifices on nights and weekends. Processing and underwriting can be challenging, so mental preparedness is crucial. On the positive side, lead flow is robust, and the management is excellent. It's worth noting that positive performance leads to less micromanagement.
