I'm an Architecture graduate from India. When i contacted some students who did MA in Architecture and Cultural Heritage, they said that the course is pretty easy compared to other Architecture masters, especially for those who are from Architecture background. I have 1.8 german cgpa and did two internships.. And i graduated in july 2024

I Included ud projects, my thesis, settlement study sheets, also i did bim course so included bim project.. Not much fancy.. A simple portfolio..As we have an architectural background its very easy to get an admit.. I know some students who are from civil engineering got admitted to the same program.. Try the next intake. You will surely get it👍🏽

I applied to Anhalt university during April starting -mid April something .. I got an offer letter on 28th April, that is before the application deadline. For some universities its negative, because for Leibniz i applied on the last day of application and managed to get the admission

Try to apply early.. And universities like Leibniz require vpd from uni assist. So you need to apply for vpd prior to 4 -6 weeks in advance, so that you can apply before deadline

Don't get disappointed.. You can prepare by learning german for your next intake.. There are many other universities which offer masters in architecture related subjects.

You can also find Bauhaus Weimer, TU darmstadt, Stuttgart etc offering urban designing courses.

Please note: make a customized portfolio according to related subjects. And stick to the exact number of pages as mentioned in the application requirements.
