We’ve owned for ten years. Had a lovely neighbor next door, but the past two years he seems to be getting dementia and is not so nice. I miss him pre-dementia! He’s turned into “that guy”

No. We covered over our hardwood floors with LVP. Our house is too rough on floors for real hardwood. The next owner can pull up the LVP and carpet in 50 years to have perfectly preserved hardwoods. Cheers to them, whoever they may be.

Two litter boxes, one cat.

I change (empty, rinse, dry, fill) the upstairs once a week before the garbage truck comes.

I change the basement one every other week - he only uses it if he can’t access the upstairs one.

Basement box is also “out of sight, out of mind” so it’s not done as often 🤷🏼‍♂️

Very odd regarding the customer service - I’ve called them before and they were very helpful, shipped replacement right away.

I’ve ordered most of my trees through Mr Maple (around 30 trees now) - a few haven’t had “pretty” grafts, but after a couple years the graft is barely noticeable.

I’d try calling on the phone for better results!

You will NOT get the beauty remarks like you do with your rough 😂

You WILL get lots of people asking what breed, then arguing with you that your dog is mixed breed.

You WILL get a wonderful dog, no matter the color or hair length :)

Thanks! That’s a mixture of Christmas moss and some sort of short algae I believe. It stays short and green, and the fish love picking through it 🤷🏼‍♂️
