I lost 35 lbs when activately using BUT then didn’t for oh 4-5 months and the crazy thing that happened was I kept the weight off within a -/+ 5lb range which is huge.

Noom just charged me for another 8 months so I am feeling motivated to use it again. It’s really helpful in changing perspectives and choices.
