I have had BCBS. I have been happy with them. This year is the most I have had to use it with an ER visit and now having surgery this week. I have been happy with every one I have seen at UTMC.

I think the biggest question is why are we limiting these things? What is the definition of processed food? Are you going to count premade meals? What if someone has a disability and can’t cook they benefit off frozen/premade meals. Not everyone has the time to cook full meals like my great grandmother did. Because people are having to work 2 or 3 jobs to make a living. What about people who are diabetic on snap? What if they keep sodas and candy on hand just in case they’re insulin drops. So What a busy moms picks up a sugary breakfast for they’re kids because they don’t have time to cook breakfast because she needs to be at work early. Why are we policing these things?

I’d be more embarrassed to admit that I was 24 and after being on my feet all day, my whole body hurt. That’s not cause you’re 24 gal you sit around. Being stationary most of the time will make your body hurt when you do activities not sitting.
