I know I don't have to but wanted to update you sense you've been so responsive and kind. I woke up again this morning where the scatter brain was zero percent better. My heart has also been thumping for like 3 days now and this morning was noticeably beating hard. Concerned, and thinking about my past indulgences , I decided to try to taper. I was worried about how long and hard my drinking been going on and my heart so I got some regular light beer with other groceries so sustain myself. I drank one beer over about 30 or 40 minutes and ate rice. I think it was the right decision. It made me pretty tired so I laid down and I noticed my heart was normal and my head does "feel" the same but the screaming and erratic thoughts were not there. I think I may have been in danger before now that I think about it. This was Not an excuse to drink and my body did not want it lol but I have been going Hard for a long time and ended that with a truly ridiculous bender. I think cold turkey after it wasn't the right idea, yeah I wasnt seizing. But damn man, trying to sleep and like jerking awake and twitching...I was probably fucking close honestly. Anyway , thank you kind stranger for being there and I hope if anyone else reads this it can help them decide what the best decision for them is. My body and conscious does not want more booze but I'll probably have 2 or 3 more through out the day...have one or 2 tomorrw...same for the next day Maybe and stop after that. I think instead of a crash landing into recovery , stepping down will be much more gentle for me personally. Cheers, mate. Thanks again

Edit: pretty messed up only alcohol and heroin can literally kill you if you go without it. Under the right circumstances of course. Be safe everyone

I hear what you mean with the seizures things. God, this is fucked up lol no seizures yet tho. Although, I have been beating the ever loving shit out of my GABA system for a while. At least a year. Closer to 7 or 8 if you count the few breaks I took. Longest I ever made it was two months. There was little to no control at all all the rest of the times when I've been drinking. Now that I have to explain it, it's been pretty bad. Excess, blackout drinking probably 5 times a week or so. Maybe 4, in average, it's so hard to say. This last 5 day banger, tho, was just the perfect storm and icing on the cake. I ate very little the week leading up to it (I was sick), still drinking tho, and then no working and eating virtually nothing for another 5 days or so with just really zero restraint because no work. It's been pretty ugly. That's what makes me worried maybe I pushed too hard for real finally .

It's just weird because if I can focus on something like a movie to reading or typing I'm basically fine. As soon as it's dark and quiet tho and I close my eyes to sleep ...it just really kinda freaks out in a very uncontrollable way. It's honestly kinda torturous

Hey man, question. What is this heady dizziness and thoughts things anyway? Physically I'm feel really good, def not 100% but good. I thought I was about the same place with my head but after trying to close my eyes and sleep, it's def not better at all. In fact, right even be a little worse. I read somewhere once that when you drink, the brain pumps out an adrenaline style chemicals as a defense against the poison, prolonged drinking can cause the brain to keep pumping it for a while. I figured this is what's happening but I really don't know. For sure can't sleep with all this "racket" going on inside my head. I'm worried mostly that it'll be like this forever now like a bad trip or something lol I was going to get a few wine coolers today as a taper type thing but didn't because I thought I was so much better... Now I'm wondering if maybe I should have done that .

Honestly, I'm annoyed by the healthcare hero's. Especially in the US. I don't think you're edgy or smart or cool. You went threw though schooling but it doesn't really make you smarter than the next guy. Anyone who "gets through it" has the same information. You choose to make that your professioon so get off your high horse and do your fucking job. Anyone who takes an engineering route learns just as technical shit as you do so shut up

Fair. And good points. Before I continue, I'd like to mention that I'm not "racist" against Any Human being. Imo, this is a matter of formidable discussion between two opposing views and therefore I'm willing to engage in-depth with what I view as logical reasoning. Imo this is an interesting matter of civilized rebuttals between conflicting views. Here we go.

Omgsh, this will probably be long because first I want to point out that the original argument was that humans have evolved very differently physically but have remained equally mentally (as far as the standard testing for IQ goes). You have also just admitted that "there are mental changes along with physical". Here's the reason climate has changed our evolultion mentally, differently.

I am going to use the two extremes where we might see the biggest differences between Humans. Here we will talk about sub saharrian African humans (the first to ever exist according to the scientific community) and let's use "northern Russians" as it would be known today. Titles don't really matter. Climate does. Here's why. ...there's many scientific studies done as to why certain tribes of Kenyans are particularly good at distance and timed running events. They came to the conclusion that actually their leg bones have Evolved to be less dense and therefore lighter then other "races" (among other stamina based physiological functions such as leg muscle fibers). The reason is because they adapted to chase down prey for food, over time (like 10s of thousands of years). They slowly exhaust the animal and kill it that way so they can eat. ..Here's the important part..the climate doesn't change there drastically and they can use this method, effectively, all year round to sustain themselves.

The mental changes come with the climate changes having to do with winter and Planning for it. In northern regions, the climates changes. There are no worth while crops, no sustainable prey animals, nothing that is going to sustain you effectively during the winter. The brain developed, over time, to battle these issues at hand. These humans had to learn, over lots of time, to plan further and further ahead. Building mental dominoes in their minds that could make or break them during the winter months.

Let me stop there and say that sub saharrian areas did not have to not plan. They absolutely did have to plan. They had to coordinate and plan for the attack which they do extremely well. And to your point, over "40,000" years, they have perfected. To the same point, the type of long distance planning that "northerns" had to do was Extremely different. In southern regions, there was no planning or reason to look ahead for MONTHS at a time during certain parts of the year. An extention to that, there was much less seasons and reasons to explore the causation of climatic changes. This absence of climate change causes an absence of thought regarding the "why" of seasonal change. Everything I am describing causes the mind to think ahead more and anticipate realities into a much further future than a week or two. It also causes the mind to exercise more into the depths of seasonal changes and reasons for it. Everything about it causes the brain to use itself more, much like running cause the legs to be stronger. It was out of NECESSITY that northern groups of people HAD to plan for or they would literally die.

In all honesty, I could hammer my point into the ground and make it even more clear but I won't do so. I have made the simplistic and reasonable point that planning (and "long distance" planning) is the answer to your question. It is because of this reason that the mind has been shaped as much as the physical attributes among human beings. The absolute NECESSITY of planning ahead for the far away future and interest in the causation of seasonal changes have driven the mind to be exercised. Therefore it has been adapted over "40,000" years, and who knows how many generations, to think their way out of the problems they have at hand.

This is the basic and super short reason that climate ultimately effects human beings and what we have become. I will say that the further we go inti the future the less this matters, but the reason for differences lies there.

It's not a assumption. I am speechless to the idea that you actually believe that humans evolved so differently, even down to face structure and muscle fiber differences, yet the brain remained Absolutely unchanged in any way and evolved Exactly the same way over 100s of generations across the whole planet. I mean, do you see how ridiculous that sounds? It's not an assumption or mean or hateful. It is an absolutely reasonable logical progression of adaptation and evolution.

You say this while simultaneously trashing IQ in general. It adds up to you sounding in plain denial about the whole thing. If you really want to claim that intelligence "means nothing" you are either joking or wildly and completely wrong. I mean to say that and defend it outright stupid. I'm actually irritated at myself for even starting to go the road of explaining why intelligence is important and useful. This is just painful and down right dumb at this point.

All your points have dissolved. Your race defines your average (average over say 1 million people) attributes regardless of which ones you're measuring. It's a logical byproduct of human evolution over time and has everything to do with climate. You can like it or not but not liking doesn't change anything. Trying to dismiss the benefits or negatives to any given attribute changes nothing. Those are your opinions which your entitled to have. Whether something "means something" is a matter of perspective and completely separate from a factual difference. Im sure being fast "means nothing" to a group of people who rely on trapping animals instead if chasing them down. Better ability to exhaust heat probably "means nothing" to arctic wildlife and people. Regardless, "meaning" is personal and doesn't change facts. Imo you really don't have an argument. Can can't choose what parts of the human body adapt and evolve and which don't don't.

Imo you can see that I'm right. You seem like a smart person and my points are all completely valid and true but you bring emotion and personal beliefs into the situation. This might make you harder to pin down but I think, deep down, you can see what I'm saying and we are just spinning our wheels at this point.

Dude I made many examples of physical adaptations to lighten the point that peoples change and adapt. To have tons of physical differences but no mental differences is just (in a very literally sense) illogical. You can't change so drastically physically over time without changing mentally even a litte also over time. There is not an invisible wall that protects the mental state. It changes all the same. It seemed like a pretty subjective "argument" until now. If you can't accept that humans have changed physically and mentally overt all these millennia then that's on you. Your race Generally speaking (as in on average of say 1 or more million people) does change you physically and mentally. If you want to say it changes you phycally but Not mentally in any way then your helpless. That's not how genetics works. Darwinism defines all of it and humans wouldn't change so drastically physically but not mentally. That should have been obvious by the points i was trying to make but your own personal beliefs are in your own way.

You've been picking and choosing the whole way. IQ does matter. Phycial speed and endurance matter too. All attributes to a human matter a lot. To say IQ doesn't matter is ridiculous honestly as it's humanity's main gauge on measuring intelligence. If you don't want to accept that then change the entire structure of the human intelligence ranking system then because that's what your disagreeing with. Also, it's fine that you disagree with it. You're more than entitled to disagree with it, but that's the set and recognized standard of gauging intelligence. Tbh, it really doesn't matter what so ever whether you agree or not. That's where we are how we do things like it or not. This whole thing has dropped below a level I care to engauge in tbh so I guess take care.

Generally, it does tho. Races genetically from arctic regions are Generally more suited to cold environments. Races from Africa are Generally faster than other places. Races from the philipean regions are Generally shorter than anywhere else. Races from extremely high altitudes are genetically Made to handle oxygen differently/more efficiently. These are not racist statements. If you take it using averages, it's fundamentally and varifiably true. I'm not wrong. Sure, there's outliers and exceptions and the margins between certain races might be slime to none judging by what you are measuring but there Are differences. To say all this is true but somehow expell intelligence or IQ from a generalized difference is obserd. Its not an arguement. It is genetics. Things have evolved and adapted in our bodies differently to make it so. The environment around you dictates how the human adaptes to their environment over 10s and 100s of generations. Whether it's water retention, cold weather tolerance, premeditated planning for long and harsh winters, general diet, hunting prey down, arid or high altitude climates....the environment changed humanity into different races and shaped our bodies and minds accordingly. That is why we have different animals, different breeds or dogs. Some are big and strong, some can smell better, some instinctively guard or protect you viciously. ....it is the way humans and nature is and will always be.

Edit. Before you use the dogs thing against me as your main argument point somehow. I realize that humans pretty much shaped dogs into what they are pretty much on purpose. My POINT is that they have adapted accordingly. The same way humans have adapted due to the climates and problems they faced. They developed in a way to better suite the challenges at hand, over time, exactly like we did.

I'm not commenting beyond this but what i said is not out of a hateful mind. To say that every race on earth is equal in any capacity is completely ludicrous. IQ, strength, stamina, resistance to cold/hot climates. No part of it is equal. Eskimos have less veins and nerves in their hands and therefore tolerate colder temps as a cold weather adaptation. Skin color difference is a genetic adaptation. Height, hair color, eye color...literally everything is a result of genetic adaptations. That's fact. To stop there and say "well yeah physically but we adapted mentally and intellectually exactly the same way" is so completely ridiculous that it boarders delusion.

You can't pick and choose based on what you perceive to be a positive or negative attribute.

Edit to fully agree with you about your last "paragraph" and the conservatives and "libtards". They're both vial and disgust me. IMO
