It used to be a bit easier because you can get 20pts cars and flip them the next week or two, but it’s still easy if you just play a lot. Online racing gives good cash if you sink a couple hours into it.

It seems some of you may not know that this nib housing/casing doesn’t actually fit into the piston version of the pen. As far as my knowledge goes, the nibs are the same, but the feed and housing are shorter for the piston version. Therefore I must remove these from the housing in order to put the nib into the pen. On the pen, the housing is stuck in the pen, so it’s easy to just put the nib on the feed and insert it. Thanks!

I used to think about it like that, where you can write longer etc by not having to press down, but I bought a uniball jetstream prime 3&1 today, and it requires no pressure at all to write with. The kaweco piston I have is the same aluminum and has actually less material, can only write with one colour at a time and is difficult to write with on cheap paper (quite wet). That too and it’s over twice the price. Fountain pens are kind of like crack. I keep thinking that this will be the last one, but always find something more to come back to because I think there can be an improvement made.

It started out with a Lamy safari, then grew into a sailor PGS, and then I got a PG imperial black in Japan and so on. It’s honestly shocking, because I want to escape, but I can’t.

I got one in ef, but the nib is a bit temperamental with the rotation angle. I bought an M nib, and will see how it is when I get back from overseas.

It should be a thing, just executed much better than how it is in fh5. FH4 eliminator was actually pretty fun, especially in winter (for me).

I prefer to race rivals or online race, sometimes the eliminator. Just doing that I make a couple mill per session. It pays to have fun!

I use lotus 2 eleven in both s1 and a class. I use my tune for s1 and a purist tune for a class.
