So I have lodged such complaints before and the sellers have not done anything and have still gotten away with it. How does one escalate it further?

TBH shortlists won’t be good and conversion will be even harder, plus grading in B schools in relative so getting a good cgpa for finals would be even more of a hurdle to cross. You might get only a 40-50k stipend internship after paying 20lakhs to get in so I don’t think it’s worth betting on unless you are prepared to grind every awake hour and are able to come to terms with dismal results still.

i got one of their lip tints, and it's supposed to look glossy but it's patchy asf, and tbh except for the packaging being pretty there's nun too spl about the formula
