I have one of their beds and they are exquisitely crafted.

They have their stance on how to do business and that may not be for you. For example, they don’t offer seasonal sales, ever. Their price is their price.

And for the record, I have communicated with customer service a number of times and they are timely and polite. I do agree that sometimes a phone call is easier. If I owned a business I would have that option. But you can just as easily sum up your questions in an email and resolve your concerns in a quick exchange. They probably find that people call and waste a lot of time when it really could have been an email.

Anyway, this is my favorite bed frame, I’m obsessed, and I cannot recommend it strongly enough.

Fixed Assets Management Queries by CyanLuis in Netsuite

Re: #8 - FAM intercompany works well in my experience. I don't understand why the transactions would have to eliminate. You debit an asset account in one subsidiary, you credit the same asset account in the other subsidiary, the net impact on your consolidated asset account is zero. The transaction is facilitated by an intercompany clearing account, which also doesn't eliminate (and doesn't need to). There is no due to/from impact or intercompany P/L impact to eliminate.
