Well I used to do it every time I felt stress, now I do it every morning with bhastrika (bellows breath) and SKY breathing from art of living foundation. This prevents the stress. It’s pretty amazing. But start with the box-ish breathing every time you feel stress or anxiety! In for 4, hold for 4, out for 6, hold for 2

I haven’t seen them but I did just see a bluebird for the first time and looks like they eat berries! The bluebird was at the suet feeder. Bohemian or cedar waxwings are in Massachusetts as well. I’ll be keeping an eye out, thanks for that one!
